Lucia was such a pleasure to work with!

My group was planning our grad trip and had been previously booked a destination that we later decided we wanted to avoid.

Since we were a large group of 15 people, it was such a hassle to rebook our flights and vacations. I was referred to Lucia by a friend, and she truly came to the rescue by helping us not only organize and book our new trip, but cancel the previous trip too!

The entire time she was so knowledgeable and helpful, she would even send us reminders about documents and deadlines - you could tell she genuinely cared about our group. She was also very patient, responsive, and understanding.

I enjoyed her services so much that she’s helping me plan my insurance for my upcoming Europe trip and I even referred her to my mom, who will now be travelling to Cuba in a few days!

Overall, I highly recommend Lucia and give her a 12/10 stars - I only wish I knew her earlier for all the other trips I’ve planned before! :)
